  • 500 grmBoiled basmati rice


  • 2tbs jeera


  • 2tbs salt


  • 60grm kaju


  • 250grm paneer


  • 4 onion slice


  • 2tbs chat masala


  • 2tbs pepper powder


  • 50grm butter

Directions

  • First take kadai then put butter in it
  • Now add jeera then green chiily slices
  • Now add onion slice kaju slice
  • Saute it now add spices stir it conteneously
  • Now add paneer cobes let it pink in colour now add rice
  • Cook it for 5min
  • It is ready to serve garnish it with parsley serve it hot
